Acupuncture

Acupuncture is mostly used for pain. Enourmous amount of energy move through our body all the time. This energy moves through the acupuncture channels. They are literally rivers of energy that go up and down our arms, legs, body and head, from side to side, front and back.

These rivers of energy accumulate pools along their course. This little pools of energy are the acupuncture points. When the energy is flowing up and down our body with ease and grace we feel great and have plenty of force to do what we need to do for our life.

When we have pain, the body pathways have, either accumulated too much energy or, on the contrary have been deprived of energy, due to blockages in the channels or a generalized stagnation of the body.

Moving energy through the acupuncture channels is a beautiful form of medicine. It accomplishes a lot with very simple and elegant system. The sages of antiquity, who were able to see the Luminous body of the human being, were able to trace the pathways of this rivers of light, in ancient days. Now, it is clear that the acupuncture channels traverse the body through the muscle membranes and fascia, penetrating all the organs and systems. If we do not see them, we can feel them by touching the skin.

Instruments sensitive enough to detect skin amperage and electricity are able to detect exactly those pools of energy along the channels. Sensitive hands are also able to do that and mostly, the patient himself or herself can always feel where the pools are located if there is pain.

Imagine that you have a farm that depends on the channels of water to irrigate your plantations. That is exactly how the human body looks. A farm, a garden, a natural place that needs to be irrigated and kept clean, where the amount of water, earth, air and heat are in balance so that the garden and the plants grow healthy and well. That is the human body. If in your garden you assess that a log has fallen on a channel, you will remove it. That is similar to doing acupuncture in the body.

Acupuncture, at is very basic, can help with all of these illnesses because it is like gardening. If your garden is overgrown with weeds it does not feel or looks nice. But once you get your garden clean, it generally feels better in there. That is how simple. We can say that the acupuncturist is the gardener of the body. We rake the accumulated debris or energy pooling in the wrong places producing pain, we water the loans by stimulating the rivers of energy to hydrate the tissues, we plant seeds of flowers and herbs by balancing and harmonizing. We keep things clean and in order. Acupuncture is a very gracious medicine.
