Often we have repetitive experiences. We fall over and over again in the same faults. This is how the Universe is teaching us so that we learn how to react finally to our faults and change. This is the principle of Homeopathy. We treat “Like with Like”.

In the hundreds and hundreds of substances that exits in the animal, vegetable and mineral worlds, there are some that if taken by a human being in the proper amounts, will produce disease. The study of the symptoms produced by ingesting those substances and their relationship to healing, using the principle of “Like treats Like”, is Homeopathy.

The careful study and observation of the natural laws, from Hippocrates, Aristotle, Galen and Paracelsus to Hahnemann, the father of Homeopathy (and who gave to this branch of medicine its formal description), is one of the most interesting and mind boggling aspects of medicine because it describes the entire relationship of the human being in the physical, emotional and psychological aspects, to the resonance we have with everything that exists in this world and the interactions between the energetic manifestations of each substance with ourselves.

Besides the description of “Like cures Like”, Homeopathy uses the system of Potentiation. This system acknowledges that there are vibarational signatures to everything in this world and therefore we do not need the whole substance, but only its vibrational signature. This way, Homeopathy remains the single and safest medicine that exists today.

The vibrational signature of any substance is present in the homeopathic remedies at different degrees of subtlety to the point that in many instances, there is no physical evidence of the substance left in the remedy and what is left is only a memory, often far away memory of that substance being there, in the remedy, some time before. The farther the remedy is potentiated, the more chronic the symptoms it can address.

The Homeopathic consultation often takes several hours of close observation of the patient energy in order to ascertain without the shadow of a doubt the remedy that would produce the Like symptoms. The differential diagnosis is closely given by the remedy of choice.
